Plan
First things first. When you walk into our office or call us up looking to start a new project, we will first ask you to outline your needs and expectations. We will then assign a dedicated project manager who will keep in close contact with you and keep you updated on the status of the project. In order to protect your private information and intellectual property, we will sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before you deliver any project-related information.
Design
The next step is for us to create a project proposal, which typically describes the workload estimation and associated costs, suggestions on the project architecture and technologies, development process and contractual details.
Build
For us, this is the fun part. Vision Virtuelle usually suggests splitting a project into several stages. A typical project will start with the gathering and planning of initial requirements. We can then move on to creating a prototype, based on those requirements. Once that is complete, we will release a draft version of the project and, last but not least, release a fully functional product that undergoes final stabilization tests.
Quality Control
Our work doesn’t end there. The final step involves the quality assurance process, an essential part of a software development project. Virtual Vision’s independent software testing team follows a software quality control process throughout the life of the project, which results in a high-quality and stable product. Quality control engineers take part in the process right from the initial planning stage, putting each product through a series of test cases and scenarios, as well as setting up test environments and defect tracking tools.
